1/8 Cup Chia
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Water
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
3 Cloves of Garlic
Blend all except Italian seasoning until smooth
then lightly blend in the Italian seasoning.
