Here we have 5  categories of foods: Deserts, Breads, Breakfast and Lunch and Raw Food Recipes.  Breakfast and Lunch is also referred to as, Fruit or Vegetable meal. We separate fruits and vegetables at the same meal to avoid combinations that cause poor blood quality.  The fruit meal with some whole grains and nuts, is taken at breakfast time around 8:00 am. This type of food eaten in the early morning will boost the metabolism, giving more energy and aiding in weight loss. The lunch meal or vegetable meal is taken at lunch time, 5 or 6 hours after breakfast.  We serve no supper here at WCWC.
