Educational Program for Cancer

It is our observation that  for those  who have not been given a prognoses of less than 1 year, and who have not had chemo or radiation and who follow this program strictly, completely  alleviate themselves of cancer within 1-2 years. Although you may not have  such a good prognosis and have already had the chemo and radiation we would encourage you to educate yourself in this, for these vitalizing remedies will improve any condition and be extremely helpful with pain.

Try to keep your protocol simple and don’t get caught up in all the supplements so many people are promoting. The very best thing you can do is to exercise and doing the diet, sunshine, rest, fresh air, water and trust in God, these will go much farther than any pill. Notice that these remedies just mentioned are mostly free, yet they are very profound in healing. Most of us tend to not appreciate the things that are free.

The following schedule and program was mostly originated by Dr. Charlotte Holmes who trusted in these God given remedies and operated the Philadelphia Institute for 45 years using extensive hydrotherapy, juicing, herbs, and other natural modalities. 

For cancer, raw organic food is best, because of the micro-nutrients and the high count of enzymes. The raw food only program is usually done for 1-12 months depending on the degree of cancer. Some are so weak or progressed that they will do better on no solid food but only raw juices every 2 hours with a little water or Essiac tea between juices. If doing only juice (60 to 90 oz.) and not eating solid food, make sure to drink at least 60 oz of water or tea per day. You will lose weight on all raw foods and juices, but you will gain  back what you need after you are well. Expect it and rest in hope. 

Foods that can be eaten freely.  Sprouts, broccoli, kale, collards, all greens, stevia sweetener, all raw vegetables, (do not eat raw potatoes or raw winter squash or any other starchy vegetable, grains or beans that normally needs cooking), pineapple, 1/2   avocado per day, beets, raw asparagus, celery, cabbage, raspberries, strawberries, blue berries, black berries, all berries, lemons , limes, raw seaweed and Raw Nori sheets. The raw Nori sheets can be gotten at a large health food store and are a very good product for health. As far as possible the food should be organic, or grown without chemicals.

Supplements:2-4 Sarrapeptase (Doctors Best brand): http://www.serrapeptase.net/your-serrapeptase-testimonials/2- 4 Plant Enzymes; (NOW brand), 1 qt  Essiac Tea, Hoxey tea, niacin 50 mg 6 x daily spread out, lugol’s iodine (1 drop of 2 1/2 % 6 x daily spread out) Potassium (The Gerson Therapy compound potassium) Add the whole bottle  of powder to a qt. of water and add 4 teaspoons to each 16 oz. of juice. More on the times and scheduling below.

Juices: Make juice fresh each time if possible. Especially the greens need to be fresh. Swish each mouthful to mix saliva with it. If you are having fruit juice or just carrot these can be made up beforehand if necessary. The best juices are the green juice or granny smith apple juice. Do not mix the fruits and vegetable juices together. Use more vegetable juice then apple juice. Pineapple and berries can be used in small quantities with the apple. The cabbage  family (broccoli, kale, collards, etc) will slow the metabolism and is not recommended in the juices. The recommended green juices are: chard, lettuce, parsley, escarole, endive, red cabbage (red cabbage has iodine and helps with the metabolism.  Use more carrots in the green juices with some greens, beets can be added, not too much beet because sweet foods and juices feed the cancer, even healthy sweets feed cancer. This is why you do not want to eat too many sweet fruits and dried fruits for a while. Carrot juice kills cancer even though it is sweet. If not eating, drink 12 – 16 oz of juice every 2 hours until 6:00 pm with water or Essiac tea before bed and early morning.

 

Water: 1/2 qt. First thing in the morning and another 1/2 qt. in the evening.   Normally if not drinking juices and teas your body need approximately 2.5 to 3 qt. per day. With all of the liquid in the juices (2-3 qts per day) you need less water.

Food that can be eaten : All raw fruits and vegetables. The best fruits are: Granny smith apples, papaya, olives, kiwi, grapefruit, berries, pineapple, kiwi, pomegranate, coconut – fresh or unsweetened raw, raw sesame seeds, raw sunflower seeds, raw pumpkin seeds raw organic Nori sheets.

Foods that you need to avoid until most symptoms are gone and then added back slowly if desired: Cooked foods, dried fruits,  sweeteners, & nuts.

Foods to always avoid.

Processed foods, refined foods, sugar, oils, white flour, white rice, anything with preservatives or additives, anything wet in plastic, brown sugar, corn syrup, corn starch, baking soda or baking powder, anything with vinegar, all animal products, any decayed fruits or vegetables, (throw the whole thing out even if it is a little decayed); no mushrooms, avoid wheat for one or two years or more if you notice bloating after eating it.

Recommended schedule below for the recovery plan. 

When the time changes in March move everything up one hour. Your system is delicate and the change could hinder healing. Example: if you are eating breakfast at 7:30 on standard time (winter time) then in March when they go to daylight savings time move it up to 8:30 and lunch from 1:30 to 2:30. Or don’t change one of your clocks and stick to that clock’s time for your personal schedule. Regularity is very important, don’t take this lightly.

6:00 Rise and drink one  half quart of water with fresh squeezed lemon juice in it. 1- 2 Sarrapeptase and 1-2 plant enzyme, 2-4 Adrenal Tonic

6:30 Devotions

7:00 Walk outside in the fresh air. Early morning exercise boosts the immune system. Right after breakfast is good too, but before is best. Walking will bring oxygen into the body and cancer cannot live in an oxygenated system. If you cannot walk do deep breathing exercises for a couple of hours a day intermittently. If you cannot walk than bounce on a mini trampoline outside or in front of an open window every hour for 5 minutes or longer; even a slight up and down motion will move the lymph system.  Deep Breath! The recommended walking per day is 5 miles.

7:20 16 oz granny smith apple juice, pineapple or berries.  add 1 drop Iodine, 1 50 mg Niacin and 2 T potassium in water

7:30 Breakfast of raw fruit and seeds (go light on the seeds), Or if not eating breakfast then drink  juice every 2 hours until Lunch with water and some form or herbal tea that is known to kill cancer(essiac, Hoxey, etc tea) between juices. Separate fruits and vegetables in your meals and your juices.  Always have carrot in your vegetable juices use 3-4 of these with the carrot: chard, lettuce, parsley, escarole, endive, red cabbage broccoli, beet, asparagus, celery. Have more vegetable juice than fruit juice. Have your first juice of the day and your last juice of the day be fruit and the 3-4 juices between be vegetable.

9:00 Walk 1-2 miles or sit in the sun and deep breath. If you cannot walk than bounce on a mini trampoline outside or in front of an open window every hour for 5-15 minutes or longer. This moves the lymph system and brings healing.  Deep Breath! 1 drop Iodine, 1 50 mg Niacin.

11:00 drink one half quart of carrot and green juice 1 drop Iodine, 1 50 mg Niacin and 2 T potassium in water.

11:10 Take a hot bath and try to get your body temperature up to 101-102, this causes increase white blood cells, builds the immune system and kills cancer. End the bath with a cool shower and go immediately to bed for ½ hr. or longer. Do this 2 – 3 times a week. On off days do an infrared sauna or sunbath.

12:30: Drink carrot juice with greens beets or red cabbage, or make a green drink; Green-drink can be made by blending  3 or more large green leaves per person of Kale, collards, comfrey, or other greens with one qt. water; strain in a cloth similar to sheer curtain fabric and add fresh lemon juice or for convenience, buy Chlorophyll drops (ChlorOxygen, Chlorophyll Concentrate) if you cannot make the green drink; make sure this product is without mint; mint is makes the body acidic and you want an alkaline environment. The homemade green-drink is better than the store bought chlorophyll. Add 1 drop Iodine, 1 50 mg Niacin and 2 T potassium in water to the juice or green drink.

1:15 Lunch of raw vegetables and go very light with avocado with seeds. The nori sheets (raw and organic) are a very nice addition to the meal.  Use very little  salt. Melons can be considered a vegetable (add a few slices of melon to your meal)

2:30  If not eating any lunch drink the vegetable juice now. with 1 drop Iodine, 1 50 mg Niacin and 2 T potassium in water

4:00 16 oz raw fresh vegetable  juice. 1 drop Iodine, 1 50 mg Niacin and 2 T potassium in water

6:00 16 oz raw juice. 1 drop Iodine, 1 50 mg Niacin and 2 T potassium in water

7:00 Family or personal devotions. Develop trust in the Master Physician, Jesus.

9:00 . 1-2 Sarrapeptase and 1-2 plant enzyme, 2-4 Adrenal Tonic. Lights out, go to bed with the windows open in the bed room. The hours before midnight are worth twice the hours after midnight in restoring health. So be sure to go to bed early.

5:00 Drink another qt of water

6:30 Raw juice or a cup of hot herbal tea

7:00 Family or personal devotions.
